We want to offer your pets compassionate and nurturing care by providing services that are safe and to give our human clients peace of mind.

Let's Schedule a Meet & Greet

An initial "Meet & Greet" is required when we start visits with your furry family member. Expect this meeting to last 15-20 minutes. If your pet will be boarding with us, please plan to bring them with you.

During this meeting, we will have the opportunity to meet your pet, learn your routine, and develop an in individualized care plan.

Dogs

At least 1 leash

We take leashes, collars, and harnesses. We have a few extras here so it's OK if you forget to bring one.

Documents Required

Ensure you provide copies of your dog's vaccination records, including vaccinations for rabies, distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough). Boarding facilities often require these documents to ensure the health and safety of all dogs in their care.

A reminder of Home

Pack your dog's favorite bedding, or comfort items to provide them with a sense of familiarity during their stay. This can eliminate any stress or anxiety they may experience while being away from home.

Emergency Contacts

Provide the contact information of a trusted friend, family member, or neighbor who can be reached in case of an emergency.

Puppies

Medicine & supplements

If your dog requires any medications or has specific medical needs, provide detailed instructions to us prior. Include information about dosage, frequency, and any special handling requirements.

Favorite toys

You may bring a small bed and/or blanket and two toys.
You are welcome to bring special treats and labeled personalized belongings.

Bring Your Own Food

Food should be measured to the exact amount in individual bags for each meal (yes, we recycle). Please do not include any bowls, measuring cups, etc.

Pick-up and Drop-off Arrangements

Discuss and confirm the details of pick-up and drop-off times with us prior to drop off.

Step one

We use only the safest cleaning products formulated specifically for animals.

Step two

Our team is experienced and can administer medications, including those injected.

Step three

Boarding guests are fed individually and per their pet parents’ instructions.

FOOD SAFETY AND HYGIENE

We use only the safest cleaning products formulated specifically for use around animals.

ADJUSTED TEMPERATURE

We occupy 3,200 sq ft of indoor climate controlled space with HVAC filtration.

PET MEDICAL HISTORY

Our experienced staff can administer medications, including those that need to be injected.

PLAY SPACE AND GARDEN

Dogs are taken outside to our fenced yard for multiple potty breaks throughout the day.
